The Eastern Bluebird is a blue songbird that sings a pleasant melody. They live in the eastern U.S. and Canada, west to the Rocky Mountains. They are found in suburban and rural habitats with sparse vegetation and scattered trees. They have a life span of about 6 years. One of the most sought after backyard songbirds. 2-PIECE BLUEBIRD GOURD Same quality and features as our proven martin gourd. Molded with 1 1/2" entrance hole for the Eastern Bluebird. The inner wall is ribbed below the hole to assist climbing chicks. Bluebird nest sites should be approx. 100' apart and 10' away from objects that could assist predator attacks.
