SECTIONAL ALUMINUM POLES
The Carroll Industries aluminum pole kits are made with easy-to-assemble sections. The polished outer finish of this custom designed pole deters climbing by cats, snakes, squirrels and racoons. All are natural enemies of the purple martin.

Aluminum was also chosen because it is strong, won't rust, doesn't need painting, and is one-third the weight of steel. Although more expensive, the overall benefits of aluminum out perform steel.

The top pole is pre-drilled to form attractive spiral designs when the gourds are hung. Solid aluminum dowels (rods) are custom made to fit through the pole at one end and through the gourd at the other end. Dowel caps and pins assure season-long secure assembly.
